Geulmin Gold Project
In 2021, Great Quest Gold Ltd. expanded its project portfolio by announcing an option to acquire Tadine Plus, a Moroccan exploration company, with a focus on the Bas Draa and Taznakt Ouarzazate exploration prospects.
These projects are situated in the southwestern Anti-Atlas region of Morocco, known for its distinct WSW-ENE trending hills and mountains, and hold considerable promise for gold exploration.
The Bas Draa prospect encompasses three mining permits, and three exploration permits, with preliminary work conducted between 2007 and 2009 by British explorationists. These early efforts yielded impressive gold grades, ranging from 147 g/t to 56 g/t in the main exploration zones, specifically the AK1 and AK4 structures.

Exploration Work
Recent sampling further supports the region’s potential, with grab samples showing gold grades of 12.73 g/t, 8.52 g/t, 0.50 g/t, and 0.61 g/t, as well as anomalous levels of copper and zinc. These findings suggest a rich and diverse mineral presence, enhancing the project’s exploration appeal.
Diversification and Expansion
The Bas Draa Prospect represents a key strategic initiative for Great Quest, expanding its footprint in Morocco and diversifying its risk exposure across multiple jurisdictions. This expansion into Morocco highlights the company’s commitment to growth through the discovery and development of high-potential gold assets.
